Live in about five minutes
There is no SDK to learn and nothing to host. If you can paste a script tag, you can run Writine.
Add your website
Create a workspace and add the site you want chat on. Writine gives you a snippet with your site identifier already in it.
Paste one script tag
Drop it in before the closing body tag. The widget loads in a sandboxed frame, so it cannot read your page and your page cannot read it.
Answer from the inbox
Messages arrive straight away. Invite your team, set your hours, and let the widget take a message when nobody is around.

Encrypted and private
The database is encrypted at rest and unreachable from the public internet. Traffic is HTTPS only, and sessions use HttpOnly cookies that JavaScript cannot read.
Your data stays yours
Writine has no AI models and no embeddings, so your conversations are never used for training. Each workspace is isolated at the database level.
Backed up daily
Automated backups are kept for seven days, and every service runs with the least access it needs rather than one shared account.
You control the data
Delete a conversation and the messages go, along with the notifications built from them. Delete a workspace and everything attached to it is purged.
